ALGOVITALANGEL.com (which includes the ALGOVITAL ANGEL website at www.algovitalangel.com) is owned by Loke Jin Investments Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 199702717M).

These terms and conditions (“Conditions”) governs your use of ALGOVITALANGEL.com (which shall include all purchases of merchandise or services (“Products”) on ALGOVITALANGEL.com) and other interactive sites including ALGOVITAL ANGEL Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube (“Interactive Sites”).

By accessing or using ALGOVITALANGEL.com or the Interactive Sites, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Conditions, please do not access or use ALGOVITALANGEL.com or the Interactive Sites. Any continued access or use of ALGOVITALANGEL.com or the Interactive Sites will imply that you have accepted these Conditions.

ALGOVITAL ANGEL reserves the right, at any time, to revise or update these Conditions without your prior notice. These changes will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use ALGOVITALANGEL.com or the Interactive Sites following such changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to such changes.

Merchandise Availability
The Products featured on ALGOVITALANGEL.com are subject to stock availability. If the Products are not available after your order has been processed online, we will inform you via email.
Orders, Promotions and Samples
1. All our promotions and samples are subject to availability and our prevailing terms and conditions.
2. Save for any errors, the prices of the Products displayed at the check-out are final and will be reflected on the website, any of Algovital Angel's Social media platforms such as its Facebook and Instagram, and on its Order Confirmation. No other prices shall be applicable to the Products.
3. While ALGOVITAL ANGEL endeavours that all prices on ALGOVITALANGEL.com are correct, errors may occur. If ALGOVITAL ANGEL discover an error in the price of a Product you have ordered, ALGOVITAL ANGEL will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of proceeding with your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If ALGOVITALANGEL.com are unable to contact you, the Order will be treated as cancelled, and you will be refunded accordingly.
4. ALGOVITALANGEL.com gift cards, gift vouchers or any promotional vouchers cannot be used to offset online purchases on ALGOVITALANGEL.com unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation of Order
1. ALGOVITALANGEL.com do not accept any cancellation or modification of Order once we have confirmed the Order. Hence, it is important that you check your order before proceeding with the payment.
2. Notwithstanding that the Order has been accepted and confirmed, ALGOVITALANGEL.com reserves the right to cancel the Order or any part thereof at any time without giving you any reasons. ALGOVITALANGEL.com will inform you of any such cancellation via email and will refund you accordingly without interest.
3. All refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used for the Order. Please note that it takes approximately 21 days for a credit return to your card to be effective.
Product Information
1. Please note that while the Products on ALGOVITALANGEL.com are portrayed as accurately as possible, the colour and texture of the merchandise may differ depending on the accuracy of your monitor. Your monitor may not accurately depict the colour and texture of the merchandise.
2. All material and information presented by ALGOVITALANGEL.com is intended to be used for personal or informational purposes only.
3. All Products available on ALGOVITALANGEL.com, including any samples ALGOVITALANGEL.com may provide to you, are for your personal use only. You may not sell or resell any Product you purchased or otherwise received from ALGOVITALANGEL.com.
Local Delivery Information
1. Local delivery service is available for eligible residential and office addresses within Singapore, except hotels and such other locations with restricted access. ALGOVITALANGEL.com reserves the right to decline any delivery to any address with restricted access or is inaccessible.
2. Refer to Shipping and Returns page for Shipment. There will be no delivery service on Sundays and Public Holidays or any blackout dates imposed by ALGOVITALANGEL.com.
3. ALGOVITALANGEL.com endeavours to deliver within the date and time stipulated in the Order Confirmation. ALGOVITALANGEL.com reserves the right to reschedule the time and/or date of delivery and will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time and/or date.
4. You are responsible for ensuring that a recipient is present to receive the delivery and to sign on ALGOVITALANGEL.com assigned courier's delivery note during the specified time slot. You may be charged redelivery fee at the prevailing rate for each additional delivery trip.
5. Should there be any unavailable items in the Order, ALGOVITALANGEL.com will contact you for further arrangements.
6. There will be a re-delivery charge at the prevailing rate imposed on you in case of any changes in delivery details after the delivery has been made or attempted.
International Delivery Information
1. International delivery service is available and will be shipped out from ALGOVITAL ANGEL in Korea. There will be International Delivery Charges depending on country of destination. Please note that international delivery service may be unavailable for certain products.

2. Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Products to be delivered outside Singapore (regionally) will be delivered by courier by ALGOVITALANGEL.com’s designated logistics partner. Tracking reference number will be sent to you by email upon dispatch.
3. The estimated delivery time taken is between 8 – 14 working days from the date of dispatch, and is subject to delay due to unforeseen circumstances. ALGOVITALANGEL.com reserves the right to reschedule the time and/or date of delivery and will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time and/or date.
4. All international deliveries will be subject to the terms and conditions of delivery of [ALGOVITALANGEL.com - Korea]’s designated logistics partner. ALGOVITALANGEL.com’s designated logistics partner may impose charges for any attempts of redelivery.
Payment
1. ALGOVITALANGEL.com accepts PayPal and all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
2. Please note that mode of payment cannot be changed once you have submitted the order online.
Fraud Protection Policy
As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our our ALGOVITAL ANGEL team may call you at the phone number you provided (or use your email address) to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
Currency
All prices stated on ALGOVITALANGEL.com are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
1. ALGOVITALANGEL.com accepts returns, exchange or refunds within 30 days of delivery, subject to ALGOVITALANGEL.com’s prevailing return policy. Exchanged or returned Products must be in the original condition as when it was delivered, and must include its original vendor packaging, price tag(s), and Order Confirmation and/or invoice. ALGOVITALANGEL.com reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfil any of the above policy or for any other reason whatsoever.
2. Where a Product is defective, not of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, you may return the Product for an exchange or a refund of the amount paid for the Product without interest at the absolute discretion of ALGOVITALANGEL.com, subject to the applicable law.
3. Products must be returned with any free gift(s) and/or gift card(s) received by you with respect to the returned Product.
4. Save for Products which have been delivered outside Singapore, all returns, exchange or refunds must be made only to Loke Jin Investments Pte Ltd., 44 Emerald Hill, Singapore 229320. We do not accept mail returns or exchanges for local purchase. You are required to present the relevant Order Confirmation and/or invoice and the credit card used to place the Order, together with the Products returned.
5. You are responsible to arrange for the return of any Products which have been delivered outside Singapore at your own costs. ALGOVITALANGEL.com may at its sole discretion reimburse any costs of return of defective Products incurred by you, provided that you submit to ALGOVITALANGEL.com proof of such costs incurred. 6. ALGOVITALANGEL.com will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.
7. All refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used for the Order. If you obtain refund for any Products for which rebates have been credited, corresponding number of rebates for the Products returned will be deducted from your account. In the event that the rebate amount in your account is insufficient to deduct the rebates, corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the Products. Please note that it takes approximately 21 days for a credit return to your card to be effective.

Merchandise Warranties
1. ALGOVITALANGEL.com does not warrant that the quality of the Products purchased on ALGOVITALANGEL.com will meet your needs or expectations after any form of misuse, abuse, product mishandling, misguided usage and deviation from printed instructions. Subject to the following clauses and to the fullest extent permitted by law, ALGOVITALANGEL.com gives no warranty in respect of the Products.
2. ALGOVITALANGEL.com does not provide warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, satisfactory quality and/or fitness for a particular purpose, is given in conjunction with the Products sold on ALGOVITALANGEL.com, subject to the applicable law.
No Warranty

3. Contributions to ALGOVITAL ANGEL
  All feedback, comments, information, ideas, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals ("Contributions") given to ALGOVITAL ANGEL through ALGOVITALANGEL.com and/or the Interactive Sites shall be deemed to be non-confidential, you acknowledge and agree that:
  1. your Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information;
  2. ALGOVITAL ANGEL is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Contributions, and ALGOVITAL ANGEL shall be entitled to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) such Contributions for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide without any reference to you;

Exclusion of Liability
1. In no event shall ALGOVITAL ANGEL be liable to you or any person for any death, injury, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary damages or other indirect damages or costs of any kind suffered or incurred by you of any kind, based upon a claim by a third party grounded in tort (including negligence), strict liability, breach of contract, breach of warranty or otherwise, as a result of or in connection with the use of ALGOVITALANGEL.com and/or the sale of the Products at ALGOVITALANGEL.com, even if ALGOVITAL ANGEL have been advised on the possibility of such damages, subject to the applicable law.
2. For the avoidance of doubt, ALGOVITAL ANGEL shall in no event be liable for any death, injury, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary damages or other indirect damages or costs of any kind suffered or incurred by you arising from or in connection with:

  5. any delay in delivery or cancellation of Order or refund;
  6. any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, or computer virus;
  7. any use of or access to any other website linked to ALGOVITALANGEL.com and/or the Interactive Sites, even if ALGOVITAL ANGEL or its agents or employees are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses and/or expenses. Any hyperlinks to any other websites are not an endorsement of such websites and such websites should only be used or accessed at the site user's own risks. In no circumstances shall ALGOVITAL ANGEL be considered to be associated or affiliated in whatever manner with any trade or service marks, logos, insignia or other devices used or appearing on the websites to which ALGOVITALANGEL.com and/or the Interactive Sites are linked;
  8. any exercise of rights by ALGOVITALANGEL.com under these Conditions, the Data Protection Policy and any other rights provided by law.
3. This exclusion clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law.
4. Without prejudice to Clauses 16.1, 16.2 and 16.3, ALGOVITAL ANGEL's aggregate liability to you shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product paid by you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold each of the ALGOVITAL ANGEL, its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, suppliers, vendors, licensors, agents and any third party content providers harmless from any claims, demands, losses, damages or expenses (including legal fees), arising from, relating to and/or in connection with (a) your use of, or access or connection to ALGOVITALANGEL.com and/or the Interactive Sites and/or the Material therein; and/or (b) your breach of any of these Conditions; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including intellectual property infringement pertaining to any content which you post or transmit on or via ALGOVITALANGEL.com and/or the Interactive Sites.
Reserved Rights
1. ALGOVITAL ANGEL reserves all rights to deny or restrict access by any person to ALGOVITALANGEL.com and/or the Interactive Sites, or to block access from a particular Internet address to ALGOVITALANGEL.com and/or the Interactive Sites, at any time, for any reason whatsoever and without ascribing any reasons whatsoever.
2. ALGOVITAL ANGEL reserves the right to change, revise or modify any part of ALGOVITALANGEL.com and/or the Interactive Sites at any time at its sole discretion without notice.
General Terms
1. Your access and/or use of ALGOVITALANGEL.com and/or the Interactive Sites are subject to these Conditions. These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
2. No delay or failure by ALGOVITAL ANGEL to take any action or to enforce or exercise any of its rights in these Conditions will operate as a waiver of such rights by ALGOVITAL ANGEL, nor will such failure or delay in any way prejudice or affect ALGOVITAL ANGEL's rights at any time thereafter to act strictly in accordance with our rights in these Conditions.
3. Any Conditions, or any part thereof, which is declared or adjudged to be illegal, invalid, prohibited or unenforceable under any applicable law in any jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating, vitiating or rendering unenforceable, the remaining Conditions, and any such illegality, invalidity, prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate, vitiate or render unenforceable any such Conditions in any other jurisdiction.
4. These Conditions and any rights, obligations and licenses granted therein may not be assigned or transferred by you, but may be assigned or transferred by ALGOVITAL ANGEL without restriction.
5. These Conditions are for the benefit of ALGOVITAL ANGEL and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, vendors, licensors, agents and any third party content providers to ALGOVITALANGEL.com and/or the Interactive Sites. Each of these entities shall have the right to assert and enforce any of these provisions against you. Save as aforesaid, a person (including any user) who is not a party to this Agreement has no right to enforce any of these Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B).

The reference to a person, in this clause includes any individual, company, corporation, firm, partnership, joint venture, association, organization, trust, state or agency of a state (in each case, whether or not having separate legal personality). You fully agree that, except as otherwise expressly.
